The location right off Highway 494 and 55 made it incredibly easy to get to, and there was plenty of free parking. From the front desk staff and the triage nurse checking vitals, to the radiologist and Dr. Dummer, everyone demonstrated a high level of expertise and experience. They truly made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Bless you all for your wonderful care!
I came into the Urgent Care early in the morning with abdominal pain and was sent home with miralax which is understandable since I wasn’t in a lot of pain at the time. My pain however over the next nine hours got worse and worse and worse so I drove myself back to the Urgent Care. I was triaged by Kara who was incredibly dismissive and rude. Never going there again. Went twice and was not welcome. From the front desk, to triage nurse to care doctor. They are impolite and impatient. They pick and choose who they are nice too. I didn’t feel cared for properly. They ignored half of my major issues and addressed just one. Walked in and Front desk lady just stared at me for a while, while I’m standing at her desk. If I could give this ER less than 1 star, I would. My niece was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and was brought to the ER. She texted us crying saying she was worried they were not giving her the proper care or concern. We rushed up there, of course. They discharged her with a HUGE swollen knee. They gave her an xray and sent her on her way. They did not give her a total evaluation as if they did, they would have noticed how bad her knee injury was and could have better managed her pain, give her an MRI or further imaging and ... read more
I broke my ankle. I was seen right away. The staff were nice. I was happy with my care.
