My sister went here for mental health treatment. They treat their patients like they are prisoners. How is anyone with depression supposed to recover when all they do is lock them in a concrete room all day and have to nurse check in on them once a day where they rate their feelings on a scale? I have paper records of what they do to their patients in there and trust me this is not the place to go to if you want to recover from mental health issues. My sister ended up passing away. Terrible. They either ate or gave the food my parents brought in to other people WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and I know for fact because my parents brought in a full box of cereal and when I saw them open it and dig through it without the use of gloves with their bare hands, I refused. I then asked again for a bowl of cereal just to check and see if it was full and sure enough, a good amount of it was gone. THEY ARE THIEVES. Always excellent providers and quality of service is exceptional. I am now on my 3rd provider. Front end staff is great too as are the nurses and nursing assistants.
