I have a bad experience with the 1st visit already. The nurse walk over to my kitchen trying to read one of the medication I have on my kitchen counter. She didn't have any manners at all and she could of at least asked me first. She demanded me to give her all of my medication bottles. I handed her everything that i have available and I still have a few that is still waiting for pick up at the pharmacy. I was assigned a different home care service which never showed up. Allina Health Home Care Services has been excellent in helping me recover from a major surgery. I am receiving nursing visits, PT, and OT services in my home. I especially enjoy the fact that they call and ask what time and what day is best for me. It is important to have a nurse come and take your vitals after being discharged from the hospital. I’ve had several different nurses and they are all very pleasant and do their jobs well.
