Imagine making an appointment for 4pm and not getting back to the room until an hour later. They allow walk ins ahead of you despite you already having an appointment. The question is why allow appointments if you don't even honor the ones you make? We show up on time for our scheduled appointment time and now have to shuffle around our daily schedule because of this clinics lack of commitment to its patients.

I went to urgent care and they said it may be better to make an appt here cause the wait times were over 2 hours. Made an appointment for 4:40 pm. They close at 5. I show up and it says to stay in your car until they call you. 5 rolls around so i try to call the office. Nobody answers and at this point they are closed so i can't even leave a message. Just recently visited this little clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the great level of care received. Angela was super helpful and explained things clearly to me. She was able to complete a small lab in house and I received results promptly. I was able to make an appt online within an hour and she was ready to go when I arrived. There was only one person working so that may have caused others to wait longer. Very pleased and will return.
Went on 9/6 just before 9am. Gate was halfway down so we weren't even sure they were open. Person at the desk wouldn't speak to us until we checked in on the machine. Seen by APRN, Allison Usset Gilles, (same as desk person.) Not warm or caring, but efficient. (I appreciated that.) Little guy had an outer ear infection and she called a prescription into a pharmacy that turns out was closed due to a lack of pharmacists.
