I had a very friendly and professional greeting and overall experience. Highly recommend.
First time here, appointment was at 5 spent the whole time in a 3x3 waiting area with 4 other people who were sick. Ended up walking out at 5:45 still not having anyone even come up to the front desk to tell me about a wait or anything. Extremely aggravating and unprofessional do not recommend going here at all !
Easy access, easy sign in with PA Nicole LaPage being very helpful through the entire process! She was caring and knowledgeable regarding my visit. She listened to my issues asked a few questions to determine the best care for me. This process was simple and professional thanks to Nicole and the system in place. Thank you!
I was taken in right after checking into the clinic, was given good advice and an RX based on the nurse practitioner's assessment. She also answered my billing questions adequately and told me about Good RX to get my prescriptions cheaper. The friendliness, efficiency and speed with which I was treated was exemplary.
