I got an MRI done two months ago and my doctors has yet to receive the images. I have called the imaging department multiple times. The first time I called, they said they sent them. A week or two went by and I called again because my doctor said she hadn't received them and I spoke to Dan who said he was going to personally put the images on the disk and mail them to my doctor. That was over a month ago and my doctor hasn't received anything. I've been billed for the images but still haven't received anything?
Fraudulent company. Look up lawsuit against them last year. They sign up patients without their knowledge and bill the state for services not provided. They work with UCare, Allina.

It has been very disappointing that you wait for a representative to help you schedule and they gather all your information and then they put you back into the phone queue and don’t tell you. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service.
Allina keeps saying my daughters insurance isn't valid. We've contacted out insurance and they have verified THREE (3) times it is in fact valid! My wife, who is the policy holder, has gone round & round with Allina and NO ONE seems to care nor understand nor try to help figure this out! Most of the reps have been absolutely clueless, except 1 lady at Allina who finally understood and said their system that checks health insurance isn't recognizing our daughter information for some reason.
