If you have children between the ages of 2-6, know that Allina will NOT administer the Covid vaccine to them. They’ve caved to an administration that denies science, so if that’s any indication of where Allina’s priorities lie…. Not to mention they are proposing major cuts that’ll result in longer wait times for appointments and less one on one care from doctors. One thing is clear—Allina doesn’t care about you as a patient. They care about your money. Until that changes, I say look elsewhere for care.
I have tried to get justice for a decision made arbitrarily. I have called Champlin Clinic. I have talked to the manager of Champlin, I have called the complaint line and everyone says the same thing. You have to go here. You have to go there. But, no one takes responsibility. I, the patient, have no where to go. I am frustrated and sad.
Went in for an office visit and left with a 472.00 dollar bill with insurance. To be told that I am charged by the minute for face to face time with the practitioner. They checked my pulse, checked my weight, checked my breathing and then spoke about any issues I was currently experiencing. When I received the bill I called and requested that my bill be contested as I dont go to the doctor even once a year. I thought I had momentum and hope when coming here for my health care needs, but at the end of the day it was just another run-around. That said it just makes me want to leave this compelling review, let the people know that this is not a One-Stop shop nor is it a perfect solution for your health care needs. I think we're all in trouble. My experience with this Allina Health Laboratory has only been frustrating. Following a procedure at an outside hospital (not affiliated with Allina Health), a specimen was sent to a separate outside lab for analysis. I received a bill from that outside lab for the technical work, as expected. However, I also received a completely separate bill from Allina Health Laboratory for $212.20.
