Allie is a gifted, compassionate yogi. I have had the privilege to join two of her local yoga retreats. She has a talent for curating experiences - adding special and unexpected touches. Allie’s ability to attract the most wonderful people to share their yoga practice - at whatever stage - .is unparalleled. I’ve also taken Charlie-Mac’s meditation practice. What a dynamic duo.
I attended one of Allie's amazing yoga retreats and hope to attend another in the future. She thinks of literally everything to make sure each individual is cared for, relaxed and challenged. Allie is a natural teacher, you're constantly learning from her in addition, sheknows how to have a good time!
Loved a retreat which Allie offered in Atlanta. Very good vibes from beginning to end. Delicious food, helpful yoga sessions, and enjoyable interactions with fellow participants.
Had a wonderful time at this retreat. Allie is amazing And her yoga was perfect For this retreat. The only thing I would have changed would have been the food, but everything else was amazing.
As Allie would say, come for the yoga, stay for her amazing music playlists...Allie introduced 'us' to yoga 17 years ago in our small Georgia town. Some of us had a background in a variety of athletics and exercise. Yoga was different in all its wonderful ways. Allie is a teacher. She leads classes with an ethereal yet perfectly challenging instruction. She teaches excellent technique, intuitively knows when to pause and when to stretch her students.
