Allie is a great teacher! She does a great job of breaking down poses to help you understand. And to make you much stronger in the process!!
Allie is an excellent & caring yoga teacher. She is very knowledgeable & it shows throughout her classes. Love going to her classes.
I’m new to yoga and I love it. It is a good workout and great for strengthening my muscles. I am working on my balance. The classes help me relax. And the companionship is wonderful!
I have been doing yoga with Allie for 5 years. She is an excellent teacher and keeps it refreshing by incorporating different props to the classes. I really like the flexibility of Zoom live and recorded classes. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Allie.
