I paid upfront but I have been tossed to different people. No resolution but then got a new power of attorney filed. No one answers the phone. No website I’m being told it’s still a company owned by two people called the number no answers. I just want to hat I paid for. Allies tax services and allies tax Releif ? Serious confusion and issues ? I think I have been taken here!! I’m giving it one more day then I’m gonna have to seek help in this mater. 3 years and $7,000 later NOTHING BUT LIES, flip flop back and forth trying to get more money from me than the contract stated they did do my returns, for a fee, got NO proof they were filed, they were suppose to negotiate a payment plan since they couldn't get more money out of me, they sent a message, the company has transitioned to Allies tax service, those that signed up with Allies Tax Relief, have to deal with the 2 people left there, their website has disappeared and you can not contact anyone, Stephanie couldn't keep ... read more

Here we are again, month without any contact. I have been calling and leaving messages regarding my offer. I would like to remind you that I borrowed money to make my full payment to Allies Tax Relief because I was told that this would expedite the services you offered to me. Since I made my payment in full, the phone calls from you decreased and the effort to resolve my tax issue declined extensively. Worst experience ever. NO communication and high employee turnover. It’s taken over a year. End result- absolutely no relief. Offer was denied by IRS. Through the year, we called and left messages with the Allies rep, as well as emails. Absolutely no response sometimes. AND we paid upfront approx $9,000.00. so unbelievably hurt, dismayed, discouraged and tired. We expected more help than we received. Allies tax relief helped me with filing all my late tax returns to the IRS. They completed 5 years of tax returns for me. They were easy to work with and very professional.
