I have not been there for awhile because my white 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan was completely fixed up by them over a year ago (not air conditioning) and I have not needed to see them for at least a year. Plus I replaced my other car with a new one. They are my go to place for auto work because they are honest and very nice people. A few years ago when I went to them I thought I needed some expensive work done on my car but I was told it was not necessary. They fixed my car up inexpensively. Went to Allie's for service on 2 cars. 2006 Suzuki Reno and a 2000 ford mustang. The suzuki needed a discharge hose and a new compressor. They held the car securely until Suzuki parts delivered it. The mustang they charged it up to spec then when it cut off while i was idling for awhile explained my radiator was overheating due to a leak, so i got it checked out and yep it was leaking from the bottom. I had My air conditioning replaced here in April of 2013. When they did the work they forgot to check the relay switch and the compressor burned up in 3 weeks. They replaced it with a Compressor Works compressor that they admitted later was a piece a junk. By the end of the 1st summer the system started to make noise and they told me that was normal. I was referred to Allie's Air by good friends who had been having their A/C's repaired by Allie for several years. Each time I've take my car there, they have been true to their estimates and have performed excellent work. Whether it is an annual recharge of coolant, or a more major malfunction, they have always done a great job and I've been quite satisfied. I now recommend Allie to my friends, too.
