They advertise that if you’re not approved they’ll refund you the administrative fee. It’s been months, it’s hard to get in contact with them. Basically $250 down the drain.
It might be too soon to tell, but we moved in here 2 weeks ago and have really enjoyed the neighborhood so far. The office staff are super kind and straightforward, the location is awesome, having your own garage and garbage pick-up is a huge plus, and they bundle the water, wifi, etc together so you don't have to worry about 10 different bills hitting at different times in the month. Overall it seems too good to be true! We might upgrade and get a bigger unit when are lease is up! Thanks Allier for all you do!
In love with this area and have enjoyed my stay. I will say I wish they had a courtesy officer or security so you don’t have to call the police with small stuff. Other than that an amazing complex and would recommend it to all my friends
