The reception is almost impossible to get a hold of to change appointment times. The counselors seem to not understand how to instill actual change in their clients lives. They simply answer with the most cliche responses. When I spoke to a supervisor named Steven in regards to these issues and that I wanted to change my therapist he was extremely rude and off-putting. I would recommend you use another provider in this area and don't waste your time with this establishment.
