I spent two hours on hold with this company simply trying tro establish service. After that amount of time, the line got disconnected.

I would give them a 0 star rating for their customer service if I could. I have had no issues with their weekly trash collection service.

their service is terrible, avoid getting service with them. the driver who decide if he wants to pickup your trash or not. the office have no knowledge!!!

Very poor customer service. They stopped our service because of lack of payment (without any warning), and when I called to discuss, I was treated like a criminal!! It was a simple issue with auto pay that wasn't set up properly, and I tried to discuss the matter, but the agent was very rude, accusing me of calling to complain, rather than calling to solve a problem, which is what I was trying to do.
