I totally forgot that it was our day for trash pick up until I heard the truck right in front of our house. I quickly opened the garage door and flew out into the driveway. The truck driver and the employee that empties the trash cans saw me running to get our trash can up the driveway to them. The driver waited & the other fellow even walked most of the way down the driveway to meet me when he saw that I was having a little difficulty getting the trash can up the slight incline in our driveway. I'd like to thank the driver who went out of his way to pick up my trash today. I was late in getting the container to the road but your driver went out of his way and emptied my container when he was picking up the other side of the street. Thanks again for the good service. I pre-paid for garbage removal from Allied Waste. They took my $88.00 and it took them 2 weeks to bring my garbage cans. Then they did not pick up the first week and did the day after the second week and missed picking up last week. I did have my garbage out the night before. HELP!!!!!

This business should not be allowed to operate based on the terrible experience we have had with them! We have called 4-5X in two days and they will not pick up our yard waste. They have no idea what is going on even at the local office. They have no idea when the pick up is and need to be told everything. Suppossedly two works order today were made for them to come and get our yard waste but they refuse to do so. Every time we call they have no idea who we are. Wow, can't even explain to you how awful this trash service is. They don't pick up trash when supposed to & dealing with their customer service reps is such a hassle...they DO NOT return calls and are not a good company!
