Dr. McGowen is a great Dr. who came in on a Saturday evening to take care of a scratched cornea. He never complained and has been taking care of me and my family for over a decade. Keep up the great work Dr Al!!!!!

While I have no problem with the eye doctors, the receptionists at this office are RUDE. No one called me to cancel my appointment after a snow storm, and when I tried calling, (numerous times) to reschedule that appointment, I was LAUGHED at for trying to get an appointment within 7 days!!!! In my opinion, the people you speak with to book your appointments and answer questions need to be friendly and they are just as important as the doctors. I will not be returning here due to the rude staff.
