Everyone there was very compassionate, explained things in detail but it wasn't too detailed that I didn't understand what was going on, gave me choices which I appreciated, helped me set up payment arrangements or payment plan, and was always updating me about my kitty and what they were doing next. That was so appreciated! Honestly, everyone from the front desk, techs, and veterinarian were all absolutely amazing. They were caring, communicative, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who unfortunately has to deal with a pet emergency.
Everyone was so kind and lovely. I wasn't left to just sit around and wait for long periods.
