I had such a wonderful experience here on a very traumatic day! I took my brother's very sweet, but highly reactive dog, Peri, in for a minor emergency and the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful to him and me. We brought our dog into the ER during one of the scariest moments of our lives, and from the second we walked in, we were treated with urgency, and genuine care. I felt very heard and our concerns and questions were answered very respectfully. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. The front desk person was very helpful and helped answer all our questions about payment while we waited. I was surprised how easy this emergency visit was as I've never had to bring a pet in under these circumstances before.
Everyone was very efficient! However, they were also very kind and understanding, and treated my cat Atlas and I with genuine care and respect!
