Used the service for moving and short term storage. Appreciated the in home quote. They also had flexibility when I sold some items before the move they adjusted the quote to reflect that. I needed short term storage for a couple of months until my new home was ready and they accommodated that easily. The items were all delivered when they said they would be and I can’t see where anything was damaged. Fair pricing also.
Our belongings were delayed. We received half one week late and the other half a few days later. We had valuable items damaged and were told at the beginning stage of the move that our elliptical machine did not need to be disassembled and now it will not fit in the door to our new basement. Moving crews on either side were solid and helpful.
Excellent communication and a fair price. A great crew as well. I would recommend them.
I was pleasantly surprised by my entire moving experience. The pre-move inventory visit was helpful to put a name to a face, and give me a sense of the size of my move. The other Allied staff were helpful in finalizing things and answering my questions. But I was most impressed by my driver, Lucian. He maintained good lines of communication, quickly built trust that he would take care of my things, and overall was a consummate professional.
