Everything was good, showed up on time both ar rhe pick up and delivery, great job for disassy/assy some furniture, delivery from MA to TX took 10 days. Highly recommended.
Was a great moving experience. The crew on both ended of the move were great. Very friendly, and super careful with our belongings and making sure not to damage any walls or doors moving things out and in. The guys at our new location were the best. It was super hot and humid which made it a tough day for them. They did an awesome job and I couldn't thank them enough.
Despite a lot of great reviews, our experience was far from good with Marathon. Overall, communication was poor, execution was average, and everything was late. Everyone was friendly, however. Throughout every step of the process I felt like I needed to pry information out of Marathon to get logistics information and shipment updates. After having had seven previous corporate relocation moves and several with Allied Van Lines, I was expecting another great experience. However, for my eighth move from Massachusetts to Florida we decided only to take household goods clothes in our patio furniture I thought our move would be simple and without issue, and that simply was not the case.
