Great experience using Allied! Would recommend them to anyone considering a cross-country move.
The driver at the source was quite arrogant, not at all customer friendly and mishandled the furniture during disassembly. He needed customer service training. Several parts required for reassembly went missing, and I was told to get the missing part from Home Depot. Unfortunately, Home Depot didn’t have suitable replacements. A few pieces of furniture were also damaged, with edges broken. On the positive side, the company overall is good, and their customer service team has been responsive.
If you’re planning to move and feel overwhelmed, don’t look anywhere else. Contact Allied Team and they will make your move as smooth and stress free than anyone else. Their pricing and availability are the best in the market so far. The team was very professional and helpful. Thank you Allied!
