A huge thank you to Jody Valentine at Allied Travel for all of her help over the last year. She has dealt with many indecisive people trying to get dates of travel coordinated for approximately 30 people (not sure of final count) to attend my daughters wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. We all received our travel documents yesterday and have posted pics on facebook putting a good word out for Allied Travel. I will post more after our trip.

Dean is amazing to work with.....this is our second time working with him and could not be more happy.
My husband and I were connected to Allied Travel through a friend and we could not have been happier we did. Outside of booking our own flight, they helped us find our hotels and activities while in Hawaii for our honeymoon. When one hotel put us in a different room than what we paid for, Allied was on top of it and had the situation worked out within an hour...at 11 pm CST. Not being someone that enjoys trip planning, we will absolutely utilize their services for future trips!

I sent a request via their website for some additional information. While I did receive a call promptly, I did not appreciate the customer service I received. The gentleman who called me was rude and talked down to me. I couldn't imagine what it would have been like had I met him in person. It was very uncomfortable and it was a 2 minute call. I would not recommend them.
