I highly recommend Allied Services for their integrity, knowledge and pricing. They replaced my broken AC compressor quickly when it was 105 degrees outside and 96 degrees inside my house. The technician, Nick, was professional, courteous, and worked into the night to get us up and running again with cold AC. Also, they are locally owned and operated and have been in business for 70 years - clearly they are doing something right! Thank you Allied!!
1st- Im not even sure how these people got a service call for us. We bought our home last year with a warranty on the Hvac system. So we always called the place we bought it from for any issues. When I asked who sent them out they gave me 2 different names. And then had letters sent from a lawyer to us also in the incorrect name. 2nd- they were sent out. The tech Bruce came out for the 3rd time on the same problem. He was a very nice person and had knowledge, but never fixed or repaired the problem. It was a guessing game and being a General Contractor, I don't like guessing games, much less like paying for them. I payed them for the bill, but it will be the last time. You don't charge someone over and over to continue to come out to try and fix a problem.
