Adam came out our site almost right away, because of a downspout clogged with ice and subzero temps, causing a backfilled leak in our building. He was able to stop the leak and provide us next steps on how to manage it going forward. Leak stopped and we have been ok since. We did our installation of the roof seven years ago, and Adam still treats us like they just did the work. Great roofing company and I would recommend them to anyone.
