They are horrible! After scheduling a 3:00 time to meet for an estimate, they called @ 2:30 to say they wouldn t do the job. Cited previous problems with the owners of the building. When it was explained to them that the building had been sold in October of 2012, and the NEW owners wanted to get an estimate, they said they didn t care. They didn t want the job. After reading reviews of this company, I think they did me a favor. I m going to yelp next.
i live in an apartment complex who hired allied to do our roofs. i had no problems until they started working. they were supposed to have the roofs done before the big storm, but they didnt and my ceiling caved in and the only reason why i got it fixed was because i called hud on them. they left my ceiling open for five days. the only thing they fixed was the roof and they left a 5 ft by 5 ft hole in the ceiling. they ruined my furniture and yes they paid for it, but it could have been prevented if they would have done it ri... read more
I was disappointed when Scott came out to my property. He was extremely cocky, spoke down to me and he refused to give me an estimate. Other roofing companies gave me estimates with no problem but for some reason Scott couldnt give me one. I will gladly do business with another roofing company.
It was such a pleasant experience working with Allied Roofing.My home experienced some wind damage from the wind storm back in September. Due to the storm, Allied was unable to give me an estimate until a week after I called them. The receptionist I talked to was very nice and worked with my schedule as best she could. DO NOT TRUST ALLIED ROOFING CO.!!! Seven years ago Allied replaced the roof on my home. They guaranteed the labor for five years. The materials were under warranty for 30 years. Recently after the high winds, an area of shingles blew off. As soon as it happened, I called and left a message about the damage. My phone call was not returned. After that they wouldnt answer the phone for three days. Finally a person answered and said someone would be out sometime and they would call back to give a definite time and date.
