Need to contact someone from here? Good luck. No one answers calls or responds to emails. No idea how they have any tenants if they can't even communicate with a prospective tenant, but seeing the reviews of their properties, I think I understand now.
I am posting this because both the Urban Center management and the Allied Residential corporate office have ignored my emails and phone calls for over a month regarding a wrongful collections charge. My experience here was a nightmare. While living here, my apartment was forcibly taken over by unauthorized individuals who stole my keys and injured the other person on my lease so badly they required surgery. There is an ongoing safety concern at Watershed Renton (complex owned by this company) regarding a reactive dog on the property. Management said the dog “did not lose control this time,” but that only happened because the dog was confined by furniture. This behavior happens repeatedly, both indoors and outdoors, and the absence of injury in one instance does not remove the risk. This company is a scam in the SeaTac area. Took over management in the adara at SeaTac and are never able to be reached. I put in notice because my lease was set to expire from the old management company. The office manager Nedzmina called me to offer me a one time payment to close their books since I was moving out the end of the year and they would write the amount off after that so I can move out free and clear. This was via phone call on their recorded lines and after I paid it I get an email saying they will waive fees ... read more
What horrible lack of care and response. there is NO working phone number or working managers to help residents. i have moved out and still waiting on my deposit and extra pay im to be refunded. Uncle Bobs Place is so disgusting but your not stealing my money.
