Upset. Allied took over a property I reside at. I have visited the office multiple times but there is never ilanyone in the office. I just called the corporate number they do not answer. Mu frustration is that we already as Residents had issues with previous management, why come in and not notify the Residents of anything? Polaris at rainier beach is a trap and is crawling with informants. This place happily violates your human rights. I came in to pay rent with St. Vincent DePaul and alexia (manager)tried kicking me out and accusing me of being aggressive so that they can deny my attempt to pay payment (illegal). This is a terrible property management company, avoid at all costs. They hire rude and incompetent employees and will not communicate at all, I left countless voicemails and no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
I stayed at the city views apartment and what a terrible experience. This is the most unresponsive property management I've ever experienced. I moved out 2 years ago and still haven't received my security deposit . Now that I'm trying again it's the same old spill, we'll call you when it's ready and yet no one has called. They play games a lot and I personally would not recommend renting anything from them. Very unprofessional and neglectful.
UPDATE: They responded to this review three weeks ago saying someone would reach out to me and that has STILL not happened. Nobody has reached out to me regarding any of this and I’ve continued to call and sent another email to the corporate email listed on their website with no response still. I’ve lived at the Polaris property since 2019 and it’s been AWFUL since Allied took over. There are fees on my account that the property manager has finally admitted are an error and said will be removed for over two months now. They’... read more
