We called them to come look at my in-laws refrigerator. Even though their website says $49.99 for a service call they told my husband $60 over the phone. They get to my in-laws who told him “your website said $20 off first service call” (which should make it $29.99) and he responded “no. $60” My mother in law also mentioned the senior citizen discount listed to which he responded “No. it’s $60.” Do not advertise specials/prices if you are not going to honor them. He does not honor his discounts that he advertises on his website and on his facebook page. He advertises that first time service calls are $29.99 but he charges my parents $60 and when asked about the discounts he said no it’s $60. My parents still went with him bc he still a healer than others but if you advertise a discount I feel it should be honored or remove from your ads.
They are really good at there work, My refrigerator got repaired quickly and very reasonable charge. I will recommend to everyone
