Spent almost $800 trying to get convection oven working. Still doesn't work and they didn't seem concerned on making things right. They didn't seem interested in selling me a new one. Very disappointed. Guess they have plenty of business without good customer service. We will never go back.
I went in today to get a few things I needed for around the house. They had the nicest workers, best service, and answered all my questions! I always try to go local before big chains, and they have happily reminded why.
I was very pleased with my visit to Allied Refrigeration & Restaurant Supply. They had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed looking at their wide variety of products, and I am sure I will return in the future.
The place has lots of varieties things from restaurant to bar items, and snow cones flavors to cotton candy flavors and other flavors for other drinks.. ... OMG! This will be our main place to shop when it comes to Cooking Time.
Allied has aweso.e people working there. Great Customer Service. The Tech are top notch.
Called Monday and was told they probably couldn't get to our broken Traulsen that day, but would put us on the boards for tomorrow. Called Thursday to see when they were coming and Angie said he was trying to get out there by the end of the week. Friday came and went -- no word or follow up. By Wednesday (10 days later), I called and was told Lonny was going to try to be out by the end of the week. At this point, a family of 5, with no refrigerator -- for 2 weeks!!?? Good riddance.
