Honestly, one star is an overstatement. Allied Realty would get negative stars from me, if possible. Having rented multiple properties over the years, my year spent renting from Allied Realty was an absolute nightmare! For starters, not a single one of our move-in requests was even acknowledged by them. The property needed new carpet, or at the very least a good cleaning. They claim that they have your best interest at heart, but their actions makes it seem as if the tenants are their clients, not the homeowners. I'm not really sure what I'm paying them to do each month, because they can't even handle collecting important mail for me. When confronted with these issues, the people either ignore your emails or find excuses and try to deflect the blame. I can't wait for these tenants to move out so I can terminate my contract with them ASAP.
