I found Dr Norensberg at one of the lowest points in my life and when I found him I was just looking for someone close to where I lived. I never even imagined of finding such a high level provider in Las Vegas and I didn’t think I would continue care with him for a long period of time. Worst administrative staff and customer service I've encountered so far in Las Vegas, which is really a feat. The quality of the medical professionals likely varies on who you get, but "everyone" gets the displeasure of dealing with their front desk staff. I am still a patient primarily because they take TRICARE and were accepting new patients, which is hard to find.
I was just going to leave this provider and not leave a review or mention anything but since they are calling me now almost 2 years after my last visit to collect a payment I’ve never been informed about then cool I can play that. This provider is trying to charge me for ADHD testing 2 years later that I never did and never received results from. Also I cancelled and never went back as he fell asleep during one of my sessions.
