Horrible company. Before moving out, we clearly advised them of the unpainted walls and holes that were already present at move-in and listed on our move-in inspection form. We also had time-stamped videos and photos showing additional issues, including the major lack of cleaning before we moved in. They failed to mail our deposit refund or the required itemized statement within the 30-day legal requirement. Horrible customer service. Don't use them!
Horrible customer service from this company! My family lived for just over a year had more then plenty of communication from our part Kelsey was amazing until 6 months in then it seemed she was no longer there, I moved out almost a month ago now and have been letting them know for more then 3 months on everything that's been going on with our family moving out.
