Incompetent staff and company. Their "community" focus is entirely for making themselves look better, gaslighting their renters and the public to make them seem more attractive. In the end, they waste the money they collect from their renters on efforts around DEI workshops etc, but their staff in general do not care about people, only their bottom line. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs. Have never worked with a worse group of people or company.
Recommend not renting a commercial space in any building managed by Allied Properties REIT. Our unit has been out of commission for over two months and rent abatement has been refused. Attached is a photo of the condition it's been left in (while we're still working in the unit).
