The team worked hard to get us our order on time
Allied Power Company was very accommodating and were willing to assist us in getting their product to us in Yap, FSM. The customer service was outstanding, and they took care of ensuring that we had received our product safely. We have been pleased with their product as we bought our first hoist from them over 15 years ago and did not have to replace it until last year. The hoist is used for our dumbwaiter system on our floating restaurant which is on an over a century old Indonesian Phinisi ship.
First off, Jeff Dean is an utterly useless salesperson. Almost 2 months waiting for a quote and still nothing. As a customer you should not have to put so much time and effort into chasing salespeople around. All the while my customer is growing inpatient with the time being wasted. Steer clear of this s*it show
We never recieved our order and requested a refund. They simply stopped responding. We never got the parts or our money back.
