Overall pretty satisfied with our experience. Selection was great and sales service was outstanding. Delivery was on-time and our SPA is wonderful. One point of frustration I have is with the chemicals. My pool is in gallons, chemicals indicate to add table spoons our ounces but don't indicate how much PPM chemicals will be adjusted by based on the size of my spa. I purchased a 27' Sentinelle Pool Package for $4,680.19 on 5-30-11 from Allied Pools at 1800 S. 108th Street, West Allis, Wisconsin. The purchase price did not include the cost of labor or water. Today, 6-27-11, the pool was installed. After we had paid for and put 13,000 gallons of water into the pool, a hole in the liner was discovered as evidenced by water leaking out of the pool into our yard.
