Don’t give enough time to let patients know an office is closing
This review pertains to the billing department. I reveived a letter from the billing department that they have a fifteen dollar overpayment from me dating back to 2020, which is four years ago. Instead of sending me the payment, they want me to sign a form and mail it back to them, or they are required to send the unclaimed property to NYS. Since allied took over Bellmore pediatrics they are so disorganized and borderline incompetent. Hard to get an appointment, or even someone to answer the phone. Never get a call back if I leave a message. And the last straw today was when the cancel my appointment last minute and when I express my concern with their practice the woman on phone completely ignored my frustration. Do not go to any allied physician group, especially Bellmore merrick peds.
