This medical building is right in the middle of town and very convenient. The staff is always helpful. Their offices are always very clean and organized. I highly recommend this this facility.
Sadly, our longtime Staten Island pediatrician retired and his practice is now managed by Allied Physicians. The level of care has deteriorated greatly and there is zero personalization. No more weekend hours either. I called twice when my daughter was sick during the weekend, and no one returned my call. The onus is on the parent to review bloodwork. Don't bring your children to this medical group. Post-affiliation with new practices means a loss of the compassionate and caring staff. Your children will see new doctors and PAs each time you bring them in. And don't get me started about operational assistance. I've been waiting for my child's records to be sent to her new pediatrician since November. Almost two months at this point and the "home office" - that's business speak for "corporate" by the way - hasn't gotten to it yet. So now this practice is preventing my chil... read more
