Used to be great, but not anymore. We have used them for many years, since the practice was owned by Dr. Jassey. Allied is in network with our insurance, and all visits in office and telehealth in the past have been billed with no issues, and we were only responsible for our applicable co-payments. However, this time they assigned an out of network doctor, Dr. O'Malley to my daughter who is away at college, for a telehealth visit on June 30th, without my daughter's consent and never told her during the visit. Allied Physicians Group is absolutely amazing! My family has been going to Allied offices for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and convenience they provide. Having multiple locations across Long Island and even throughout the tri-state area is such a huge benefit. If one office is ever closed or fully booked (which almost never happens), you can easily go to another Allied location—something that is incredibly helpful for families.
