Joe arrived on time and was pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and gave us tips on how to use the thermostat effectively and efficiently. The company was very accommodating and fit us into their busy schedules and only charged us half of their service call price! Would definitely recommend and use them again. They are without doubt, honest and fair.
