Pretty sure they only covered our home we were buying as a favor for a friend, the seller. They did treat termite damage on their dime (supposedly), but come to find out, we probably went years afterwards without any bait in our bait stations and minimal pest treatment (like a spray I can buy at the store myself). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 3rd update. If I could give this business negative stars I would. The check arrive but was short $200. The service contract has the wrong address on it and they refuse to answer the phone or call back. 2nd update. Manager has not followed through in his promise to make it right. Still saying the “check is in the mail”. This company is proving very untrustworthy. Update the manager is making it right. Update the manager is making it right. While I wouldn’t use them for an inspection again I appreciate Visa willingness to work with us. Hired this company for a termite inspection on a home I was buying. The inspector said there has never been an infestation. Started doing work on the floors only to discover that that was completely false. If the inspector had gone in the crawl space they’d have seen evidence of termites. Very disappointed in this company.
