Do not use for any crawl space work. I had to get another company to come in afterwards to fix the previous work done by Kenny.

While Kenny is a personable man and looks to mainly run a pest control company, be warned if you come across any crawl space work that his company has done. We purchased a new home and the crawlspace, dehumidifier, and sump pump were installed by him. After a week in the house the sump pump alarm went off. I was able to crawl under the house and find that the 5 gallon bucket he used had floated off and fix things myself. The owner, Kenny, was very nice and personable but had trouble following through on commitments. I'll not trash the guy but wouldn't hire him again.
