First, PA Ryan Buckley is an excellent representation of this office. One of the best I've ever had. This office however has a terrible front office. I've been trying to get my medication refilled all morning and was unable to reach anyone and when I did I was placed on hold for 10+ minutes. No big deal, I'm 5 minutes away. Took a trip to the office, clerk with the braids does not greet in a friendly manner. Christina Weber is so patient and takes time and doesn’t rush the appointment. She is an amazing PA. She answers every question in layman’s terms explaining any issues in detail.
