While we were there, all was well, and the doctors seemed to know what was going on. My larger dog ate a tick and flee collar, and per ASPCA poison control, we took him into the emergency vets due to symptoms. Upon x-rays, they induced vomiting and were able to get a small piece of the collar out. Though, they did not xray my pup after. They sent him home for mentoring. 1 1/2 days later, my dog has complete neurological issues. He couldn't get off the couch or walk up and down our 2 step porch. We ended up re-calling poison ... read more

Great customer service and staff was very nice. Front desk lady was super sweet and Wait time wasn’t to long.

Although I hated the reason why we had to go to APVES, the staff and vets were amazing. They took care of our dog, were kind and professional, called us with updates and answered our panicked questions when we called. When it was time to decide how to move forward, they helped us make a decision that was best for our dog, and reassured us that it was the right one. When we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy, they made a comfortable room for us to be with him for as long as we wanted, and again reassured us that this was the... read more
