This is the worst IPA ever. Allied Pacific sent me a notice of action, they are not approving my request, but they are not denying it either. My doctor wants to submit a peer-to-peer appeal through the phone number they provided. Left at least 3 messages. No one ever called back. I tried their “appeal arrangement” extension, left at least 5 messages. Recording says my call will be returned within 24 hours. It’s been over a month and no one ever responded to me. Horrible customer service. Have left multiple messages regarding an appeal for urgent medical procedure without any response. No other way to file the appeal other than calling and leaving messages to a black hole of an office. Avoid at all costs. My procedure has been delayed because of the terrible business practices of Allied Pacific.
