Poor Service, Incomplete Installation We recently spent nearly $1300 on openers with this company. The communication with this company is extremely poor. We had to call 4 separate times to get quotes, written quotes, and a scheduled appointment. The person who typically answers the phone was never able to help us with anything but saying that someone would call us back.When the installers arrived they were on time but not friendly.
