Good service, The pickup was smooth and the delivery was on time. It took 14 days to deliver the items due to Transit hold which was properly communicated before booking them. I moved 4 boxes and 2 suitcases/trolly from Canberra to Melbourne and the price was very reasonable. Reducing 1 star for the damage to my box.

They have lost items of furniture and due to their paperwork errors refuse to acknowledge or resolve the situation. Due to their errors the insurance is also void - terrible experience.

AVOID, moved some furniture/ belongings from Perth to Canberra with Allied. They lost part of my new couch only to find out after chased them it was still in Perth. Had to wait till it could be backloaded in another container as whilst their fault they didn’t want to be out of pocket (mind you l couldn’t sit down in comfort in my apartment throughout this whole 6 week period). Then have had to chase constantly for updates and am still waiting whilst it sits in a Canberra warehouse after finally getting here….. No apologies, ... read more

Highly unethical, very unAustralian company and with absolutely no premium on integrity. They do damage belongings, lack the decency to compensate and they are willing to go as far as making false statements just to absolve themselves of the responsibility.

Allied Pickfords / SIRVA are disorganised and hopeless. They're also very quick to charge you extra money and deny insurance claims on items they've destroyed while in their possession. Their movers are quite lazy and slow, and absconded instead of delivering on the unpacking service that was paid for.
