Incredibly friendly people! Everyone Ive met has been kind and considerate! They exemplify a genuinely neighborly culture and attitude.
If you’re interested in a job here I recommend Nema moulding. That building is called plant 3 out in the industrial complex and it’s very clean and most of the people are nice. It’s a place you just clock in and go home at the end. But plant one sucks because it’s dirty, people are always complaining, and the organization is terrible. It’s cramped. Plant 3 operators sign up for overtime enough that you’re barely ever mandated overtime. At plant one you got mandated overtime on Saturday for 6 hours. The company isn’t bad thou... read more
