First they sent the wrong cylinder head, then they sent another one. The new one they sent after it was installed was found to be cracked. So now we are on cylinder 3, I just paid the garage 2800 for installation and parts. Allied paid only 35 dollars per hour, the garage took a big hit on cost, and the garage did not pass any of that cost on to me. Now back to cylinder head number 3. After it was installed i picked up the car and drove it about 80 miles the car was missing real bad. I took it back to the garage, and after removing the spark plugs found one that was missing the side electrode and 30 to 40 percent of the threads. That spark plug cane out of the cylinder that had a insert repair. That head has been removed, and now there is piston damage in that cylinder. When the heads were being swapped prier to this there was 0 damage to piston. So now I have had 3 heads from the allied, and now my car has more damage then it did when I started. Allied motor company is not willing to fix my car after sending me damaged parts that I bought on good faith were good parts. After calling and talking to Brad, Allied is unwilling to fix the problem there poorly repaired parts have caused. Now I will be on cylinder head number 4 Allied motor parts needs to make this right.
Business Response:

We have done nothing but stand behind any mistakes. We admitted our faults but the last one is not our fault. Spoke to your mechanic and he even agreed the debris that was in the cylinder did not come form the cylinder head. If you believe it did please explain? We build thousands of heads a month and by no means are we perfect. Sorry but we thought replacing a head that was damaged by no fault of ours was the proper customer service. Sometimes I guess we fall short of customer expectations.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. I order a head for a customers car from allied, the tracking said error for a week straight then I get a email saying it was delivered. Well long story short, part never arrived they say it did, I asked who signed for it, they say no one??????? $600 part and you dont require a signature on delivery? WTF??? I dispute it with my card company they denied me compensation. Allied wont refund the money, I had to buy another head locally at $200 more than i just paid allied and give customer a discount for car not being done on time. I'm fucking pissed, can't take them to small claims cuz it isnt worth it and they know it. I tried to log into my account to check the status of my dispute, they deleted my account. UNBELIEVABLE, YOU PEOPLE SUCK ALL THE WAY AROUND. GO TO HELL

In May 2020, I Purchase two remanufactured heads for a 1999 Dodge 5.9l Magnum. Prior to install the heads I performed a valve leak test using brake cleaner fluid. All of the valves were leaking. Took both heads to a reputable machine shop in Tacoma, WA for the heads to be checked. They confirmed all valves were leaking. The shop determined the valve seats were cut using a cutter machine that was out of alignment. Contacted the company and sent them copy of the repairs, but they didn't care. It cost me $400+ to fix their incompetence.

I got an excellent set of rebuilt heads for 3.0 V-6 Vulcan Ford for 350 bucks, 2000 Ford Ranger. At 220k miles the engine runs like new! I also like that the core fee was waived for a 45 day grace period. Thanks again! 👍🏻😎

What's up with their eBay and other listings stating that they have been rebuilding cylinder heads for 150 years; since 1868? I was about to purchase a pair of heads but then read that and wondered, "wtheck?"
