This is the second time I have been involved in the mortgage process and the process this time has been terrible. Maureen Glasson seems to be lost. We were supposed to settle today and of course we aren't. This is the 3rd time our settlement has been delayed. Why is it being delayed, well she didn't follow up and do what she needed to a week ago. It is so frustrating and could cause us to lose out on buying our home
Worse experience ever I am going on week 5 of trying to get a hold of someone. I have left messages and have spoke to customer service who refuse to help. They just say you have to speak with your agent Laurie. 5 weeks ago I started calling her and 7 messages later still nothing.
My husband and I decided not to go through with refinancing our home. We were initially told the appraisal would be 450. Our account was charged for 525. Since we decided to cancel the refi prior to the appraisal we were promised a refund. It’s been three weeks and still no refund.
I am having the worst experience with Allied Mortgage. I call and they put me on hold, no one knows where my paperwork is. I have sent it 5 times. each time they say they have it. I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold. I am so upset.it is impossible to talk to a person who can help you. I have called and I get a different answer and no one returns your call. I just hung up after being on the phone for an hour with them. they kept putting me on hold and no supervisor. I am so frustrated with this company.
