When I started at Allied in September of 2023 Jordan, Michelle, & Cory treated me like family. The trauma I experienced set me back some years. I was blessed to be recommended to see Malissa at Allied Mental Health. On more than one occasion I arrived on time while the counselor finished a casual conversation. I cancelled services when I arrived 2 minute ahead of scheduled time, my therapist (who's office I can see from the lobby) started a new casual conversation at 2 minutes after our scheduled time and then when it was 10 minutes after, his assistant walked into his room to tell him I'm waiting and he contoured je conversation rathe8r than wrap it up like a professional. Worst place ever. Will not fill prescriptions, will not answer their phones, constantly having counselors quit. They gaslight their patients when the receptionist, Jordan, doesn't answer the phone or give a call back. They also advise to get a primary physician to have your prescriptions filled on time, instead of them sending over the prescription they write on time. This is with a phone call reminding the office that a prescription needs filled a week in advance.
