First off, I am a firm believer in always leaving a positive review even if you experience a negative situation to wherever you are leaving the review. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that's the key. EDIT/UPDATE(S) Ugraded from one whole star (there weren't any 0s) to a fourth one...for now. I first started coming here well over a decade ago or so. When I first started it was wonderful. The people were so very awesome. I had my meds, and counselor(s), but they kept quitting for better money (can you blame them?). I hate repeating myself so that got old reheally fast and it bummed me out pretty badly. The counselors here are helpful, but the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel unwelcome and even brought me to tears with her attitude. Working in a setting that serves people with mental health challenges requires compassion and patience, and unfortunately, she shows neither. I hope the management addresses this, because her behavior could seriously affect vulnerable clients.
Dr never called in prescriptions as discussed during our visit. This seems to be a theme with all the reviews I read. Calling the office gets you nowhere. They just tell you it's a computer problem.. Really? A 4 week computer problem? They could call the pharmacy directly instead of sending an e-script. My goodness! Never again. - 10 star review
Place is a joke when u call to reschedule they lie and say u had 3 no calls or no show when it was my very first appointment and very untrue !!!!!!
