I am extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism at Allied Medical Center Pain Management. Since becoming a patient on January 16, 2026, this office has failed on three separate occasions to submit required medical records to my employer for FMLA/LOA approval, placing my employment at risk and resulting in threats of termination.
