dr ahmed is ok, but the scheduling/receptionist isabelle is disrespectful and lacks empathy. I had one appointment and for my next appointment I was not called or notified of my appointment being cancelled. Not only was my time wasted, I really thought the doctor dropped me as a patient since I received no word of a followup appointment or anything so I stopped taking the meds prescribed to me. The psychiatrist I worked with here was alright at first, but then he got abusive in his phone calls with me. So technically that's abuse of authority. Which is a form of corruption. Which makes me wonder about their cookbooks. Also, the secretary was sort of a floozy and like scheduled appointments saying the doctor wanted to talk to me like every two weeks, which seems like at the least sexual harassment, if not a waste of my time.
Run as fast you can away from these theives
My experience has been very positive with Dr. Hasnain Maqsood at Allied Medical. He has been my psychiatrist for over two years. Dr. Maqsood is a true professional. But, he also cares about my mental health. He's always on time for our appointments, listens to my concerns and encourages me to call him if I need to. I am truly grateful that Dr. Maqsood is my doctor.
