This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I went in to have something drawn up by Megan to cover up an existing tattoo and was told I'd be contacted the by following Saturday with what she'd drawn. The tattoo she came up with was nothing like the pictures I had shown (I wanted a mandala flower, she sent a drawing of a half moon). This Client contracted Meagan to draw up a custom tattoo and left a drawing deposit of $50 as required. On the drawing form it states that once an artist is contracted to draw up the piece there will be NO refunds. The piece was to be ready in about a week, it took two weeks but was completed and ready for the client. Client had changed her mind about getting the piece since it took so much longer to draw and demanded a refund after agreeing to the drawing fee conditions. Frank is the man. Made my girl comfortable with the whole process!
Went on Friday the 13th, and the wait wasn't bad at all! The artists all were really on their grind, and they upheld wonderful customer service throughout. Thom did a great job on my tattoo!
Meagan and frank are the nicest most amazing people I've ever met.
Frank is awesome. He did my son's tattoo & it looks great. I loved the way he interacted with us & made us feel comfortable. We will be back very soon.
I had a triple forward helix & daith ear piercings done today by Meagan. She did an awesome job!! She talked me through each part of the process. She was also gentle but quick with each piercing. I highly recommend her for your next piercings. The shop is great too. All clean but also comfortable. All the folks there were very nice as well. Great experience overall.
