Great customer service! Annabel was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Friendly, and professional.
Ms. Annabelle defines excellent customer service at Allied! I was very upset with a fee issue that had been addressed by several others with no solution. When I finally spoke to Ms. Annabelle, she was able to explain the transition process from one HOA to another and how it affected my situation! Long story short, Great job young lady!
THE WORST COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO THEM. I basically hand few them all the information (courtesy notices, violations, ACC requests, etc) and told them to upload them to their system so we could remain consistent with enforcement. Instead they decided that would take too long and their time is just too precious (they have time to take our community’s dues every year though).
