This company is the worst. If you are managed by them....RUN! Don't believe me? Ask them to give you copies of financial records or the violations for the past year. Also look over your account. I've seen them overcharge homeowners. This place needs to be investigated. They also lay a board member get away with embezzlement. Swept it under the rug. Cindy is the best. Personable and doesn't make you just feel like another number. Refreshing!!
They care about the customer! I have done business with them through as vendor and they do an excellent job as the go between with the vendor and the property they manage. The office staff cares about all those involved in business transactions. They deal with issues promptly as they arise. If your an HOA looking for a management company they are your go to!
