Cindy is taking care of the issues that come up on our property, and we appreciate her prompt response.
Absolutely inexcusably bad at managing properties. The front office at Boca Club Condos they manage has been indefinitely closed for MONTHS, and Allied HOA never answers phones and it has on average taken them two weeks to return calls. OH but they did send some guy named Lenny or Kenny to my door at 8am a few months ago to explain that “Stacy was busy and you need to be patient, so what do you need why are you calling” and I explained there were nails all over the property left over from roofers they’d hired; he insisted it... read more
Megan Hernandez @Allied HOA management is a representative on our campus at Ladera in Mansfield. She is efficient, personable, goal oriented, and a positive presence on our campus. I personally have asked that Allied keep her here at Ladera permanently as our concierge property management consultant. She has done more work in the few months she’s served in this capacity than the previous seven years that I’ve lived here. We want to keep her! Thank you, Judy Werner.
Allied is currently the HOA management company that my condominium complex Westwind uses. They have been very impactful in helping us to build up our reserves and for that I am most grateful. We are also having some good work done regarding parking and other necessary things for our complex.
