These people are scam artists. Particularly Kevin Mawhinney. They’ll falsely advertise properties. I was so sure it was perfect that I paid $1800 to the resident portal ahead of time before signing the lease, only to find out after visiting the property that it had less rooms, square footage, and no balcony overseeing a yard as advertised. They are now holding that money and offering me several hundred dollar less as a refund, and he hung up on me when I said I was gonna record the conversation to protect myself. This company is the worst. If you are managed by them....RUN! Don't believe me? Ask them to give you copies of financial records or the violations for the past year. Also look over your account. I've seen them overcharge homeowners. This place needs to be investigated. They also let a board member get away with embezzlement. Swept it under the rug.
