We really enjoyed working with Paula at the Ladera community. We were hired to do their window cleaning and soft washing of the activity center. From submitting our quote to scheduling the appointment and later receiving the payment - she was quick to respond and so pleasant to communicate with. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. They allow their managers to violate the renters rights laws and do absolutely nothing. I’ve never seen a company care so little in my life
