Staff never respond to emails, phone calls, or anything for that matter. Terrible and unfortunate for all home owners under their management.
Cindy was so easy to work with when we lost our pool card! Answered emails fast and efficiently. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns she’s made it clear she’s there to help. Thankful for our hoa and her to keep things moving.
This company is the worst. If you are managed by them....RUN! Don't believe me? Ask them to give you copies of financial records or the violations for the past year. Also look over your account. I've seen them overcharge homeowners. This place needs to be investigated. They also lay a board member get away with embezzlement. Swept it under the rug.
