The absolute best thing about working with Allied is our Property Manager at Lake Ridge - Wildwood! She is an excellent communicator with Board members, homeowners, vendors and contractors. She has great follow-through and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure our community is well-served. Our HOA has worked with four management companies over the past three years, we’ve had our fair share of frustration. Since partnering with Allied and getting a level headed board - we're finally moving in the right direction. Getting to work with Kietta is an absolute pleasure - she is genuine, straightforward, and always brings a sense of ease to the process. She keeps it real and keeps it light, which is exactly what we needed.
These people are scam artists. Particularly Kevin Mawhinney. They’ll falsely advertise properties. I was so sure it was perfect that I paid $1800 to the resident portal ahead of time before signing the lease, only to find out after visiting the property that it had less rooms, square footage, and no balcony overseeing a yard as advertised. They are now holding that money and offering me several hundred dollar less as a refund, and he hung up on me when I said I was gonna record the conversation to protect myself.
