I would also give this team 10 stars if I could. I moved into new house and my HVAC system was so loud, it sounded like a jet engine overhead. James, Shane and Team rerouted that whole air return And worked some other magic to make it nearly silent. They managed to complete it all in several hours and everything was cleaned up like they were never here. Excellent! Best decision ever!
Website claims that they offer 24/7 support but they never answer their phone on the weekends. They installed an air conditioner in our home and they won’t even answer to get it fixed.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the office staff to the technicians and the owner, we have been beyond impressed with Allied. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond on every job. We started by having them service our home AC and heater, then had them replace our AC, followed by our furnace when it went out.
