Allied set up a time to do a sight visit and showed up in time. Joe called back with the estimate on the day he said he would. An appointment was set, his crew was here as scheduled. They did a nice job. Two days later we had an issue with the system. I spoke with Joe and he got his technician out a few days later. The problem was fixed and everything is working properly now. Seriously the best company around! Every other HVAC company I called was booked out, but with a newborn just home from the NICU, we couldn't wait—especially with our AC going out on one of the hottest days we've had so far in Central New York. I called for service and was greeted by a professional who made my appointment. I received an email informing me when the technician would arrive and sure enough he did as scheduled.
