Service was fine. Jeff showed up on time and seems to have gotten the job done (it's only been a few minutes). I'm rather surprised that the boiler uses cheap plastic parts, but I have no complaints about the service.
Called with an emergency of no heat. I was given a date and time that was a very short wait. Communication was great, and the service tech was quick to diagnose and get the heat going. Would recommend and use again
