The technician ROCCO was very professional as he worked diligently to investigate the problem with the boiler.
Rocco was sent to check my mother-in-laws' furnace and he arrived ahead of schedule. He tested all aspects of the furnace operation, cleaned and serviced it within a reasonable amount of time. He was also very knowledgeable of the operation of the furnace. I was very pleased with the service and continue to trust and depend on Allied for my HVAC service.
Nice guys. Positive interaction.
The technicians from Allied were on time, looking sharp, and ready to work. The job was complicated, as they had to replace the internals of a compressor. They worked through some rain to complete the job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work performed.
